Depending on how you use the site, information may include your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, pin code, order details and the contents of a message you send us. The contact form prepares a message for WhatsApp; it does not submit that message to a SULoTA server. Information you choose to send through WhatsApp is then handled by that service as well as by us when we receive it.

Payment details are entered through the payment option presented at checkout and are handled by the relevant payment provider. Do not include payment credentials in an email or contact message.

We use information to process and support orders, coordinate delivery, answer enquiries, provide order-related updates, review replacement claims and operate and protect the website. We do not sell your personal information.

Some site features use storage in your browser to keep information such as your cart or account activity available on your device. Information needed to operate the website, process a payment or fulfil an order may also be handled by service providers involved in those functions. Their handling of information is subject to their own privacy terms.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, support an order, maintain relevant records or meet applicable obligations. Retention periods may differ depending on the information and its purpose.

You can ask us about information associated with an enquiry or order, or request a correction where appropriate. You can also manage or clear browser storage through your browser settings; clearing it may affect site features.
